FitRig Coaching is a fitness, personal training and sports coaching group with the primary focus of helping everyone embrace their inner athlete and chase their dreams.
Created after identifying a significant gap in helping people take the step to competing in their first sporting event. Specialising in the following:
This is achieved through a combination of preparing themselves physically and making the step to actually entering and then competing seem much less daunting, helping through each step in the process.
From this we have branched out our services to include sport programming, group cycling, running and core strength sessions. Trips away as a group for events are a real favourite for all FitRiggers.
